Sh. Manjit Singh Pabby is a working partner in the firm who looks after the day to day workings of the mill and also keeps a daily check on the quality of flour being produced. He is a partner in the firm since inception i.e. 1978 and has hands on experience in the business for 29 years.

Sh. Jagjit Singh Pabby is also a working partner in the firm and takes active participation in the working of the mills. He is a Doctor by profession with a degree of MBBS and MD.

Smt. Sunita Pabby holds a degree of Post-graduation in Political Sciences. Being a housewife, she is of a great support and gives her valuable suggestions for better working methods and improving the quality of products.

Sh. Rajiv Tangri manages day to day affairs of the firm and is working for the last 4 years. Being a mechanical engineer and having experience in the engineering industry since 1986, he is expert in mechanical processes and has ample understanding of the food processing and consumer industry. He has also acquired training in science of baking and functionality of wheat flour from guru Jambeshwar University, Hissar and short term courses in the field from Nabim, Germany.
